Managed procurement and distribution for VHA’s largest contingency warehouse: 250,000 sq ft, $1.2M of supplies to 172 hospitals. Led a process improvement working group across VHA, HHS and DLA. Shipping errors fell from three per week to zero, the fulfilment defect rate from 13% to under 1%.
